Note: This registration is good for all 2026 “Little Engines LIVE” events in London, ON.
Event Dates: March 9, June 8, September 14 and November 16, 2026
Location: Goodwill Industries Ballroom, 255 Horton Street East (3rd floor), London, ON
Exhibitor Table Display Package Includes:
- A 6’ table for each event (table is provided but will not be dressed)
- One (1) general admission ticket per event ($30 value at door price).
- Your business mentioned from stage by the host a minimum of once per event.
- Your business listed in the event program.
- A social media post on “Little Engines LIVE” channels (Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn) promoting your display.
- Opportunity to be included in our “Train Ticket” which encourages attendees to visit each exhibitor table (prize value: $15-ish)
- Wifi and hydro are available a no additional cost (you must provide your own extension cords)
Regular Price: $200 + HST
Your Investment: $160 + HST (Legacy Partner rate available only until December 31, 2025)
IMPORTANT: Table locations are first come, first served with priority given to those who commit to all four events. Registrations are non-refundable but are transferable in the event you’re unable to attend.
Event timing:
- Exhibitor move-in and setup begins at 4:30pm
- Doors open for exhibitor displays and networking at 6pm
- Presentation from stage begins at 7pm.
- Exhibitors are encouraged to leave their displays up until all guests have left.
- Note that there will be music playing during the opening networking/meet & greet segment.
