In the classic story of “The Little Engine That Could,” it’s the little engine who stops to help after a couple of bigger, stronger, capable engines had the same opportunity … and passed by.
It’s the little engine who challenges itself to do something it’s never done before (climb the mountain), not because of a “big hairy audacious goal,” but as an act of service and dignity.
It’s the little engine who leans into the courage to be vulnerable and shows what’s possible when we believe in ourselves and each other.
In other words, anyone can be a little engine. We all have mountains to climb (some we choose, and some life chooses for us). How we choose to climb is entirely up to us.
Little Engines choose dignity, courage, service and love.

What is This?
The Little Engines is a free online support community created by KB as an extension of his work as The REAL Success Navigator and his uniquely uplifting in-person event series, Little Engines LIVE.
A multi-faceted digital hub, the Little Engines community is where the REAL Success philosophy (lead with dignity, create with courage) is put into daily practice. It provides members with a dedicated place to remain connected, supported, and engaged long after a keynote, course, workshop, certification experience, or event has ended.

Little Engines tend to be entrepreneurs, career professionals, creative souls and community leaders. Whether you are building your own venture, leading with dignity within an organization, or supporting a project you believe in, this space is built for anyone navigating a career and a life with intention.
